Who We Are

Alpha Elite Football Academy is Kenya’s premier FKF-aligned youth football development institution, headquartered at Maralal Primary Field in Maralal, Samburu County. We develop disciplined, technically skilled, and academically excellent athletes from grassroots to elite level while building people of character, integrity, and community responsibility.

Founded in 2026 under the leadership of Lesupeer Mpuki, Alpha Elite trains at 1,980 metres above sea level a natural high-altitude environment giving our players a measurable physiological edge over counterparts training at lower elevation.

To become the leading youth football development academy in the Rift Valley region producing players who compete at county, national, and international levels while carrying the values of Discipline, Excellence, and Integrity throughout their lives.

To train young athletes through structured FKF-aligned coaching programmes, strict academic co-dependency policies, certified child-safe environments, and clear professional development pathways accessible to all youth regardless of background or gender.

Academic Co-Dependency Policy

No player may participate in competitive match days without verified passing academic scores from their enrolled school. Attendance and grade records are confirmed with local school trustees each term. Sport and education are inseparable in the development of a complete person.

The Altitude Advantage

Training at 1,980m ASL builds superior aerobic capacity, lung efficiency, and physical endurance — qualities that show clearly when Alpha Elite players compete at regional and national level. This is the natural highland advantage of Maralal, Samburu County.

FKF Alignment & Child Safety

Alpha Elite operates under Football Kenya Federation (FKF) child-safe standards. All coaching staff hold certified FKF police clearance certificates. No player imagery is shared without confirmed written parental consent on file.
