School Calendar Training

Our flagship weekend programme running throughout the active school term. Every Saturday and Sunday, young athletes at Maralal Primary Field receive structured FKF pitch training combined with academic mentoring and life skills coaching.

Available to all cohorts U7 through U15. Every session is supervised by FKF-licensed coaches under strict child-safe protocols.

School Holiday Intensive

An accelerated weekday boot-camp during school holiday periods. Three sessions per week deliver high-intensity technical, tactical, and physical development compressing more growth into fewer weeks. Specialist Goalkeeper Programme

A specialist development stream for aspiring goalkeepers running alongside regular cohort training. Covers sweepkeeper coordination, box positioning, reflex saves, distribution mechanics, and counter-offensive launch technique.

Open to eligible athletes across all age groups.

Community Outreach Caravan

Alpha Elite's mobile outreach programme brings premium FKF-aligned coaching, branded kits, and life skills education directly to rural village communities across Samburu County completely free of charge to every participant. Funded by the Alpha Elite Community Trust and regional partners. The Outreach Caravan ensures that talent and opportunity are never limited by geography. This programme is free. Girls Athletic Pathway Programme

A fully dedicated elite development stream for female athletes combining high-level football training with university soccer placement pathways and scholastic support. Giving young women in Samburu County a clear route to competitive and academic achievement.

Select fully-funded scholarship slots are available for qualifying candidates. Alpha Elite is committed to gender equity in Kenyan football.
